We are hiring for TOP MNC for O2C Collections- Voice Support

Location- Bengaluru.

Shift- Should be flexible in US Shift (Night Shift)

Interview Mode- Face to Face on 8th Oct 25

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Notice Period - 30 to 60 Days

Qualification- Commerce Graduate and postgraduate

Years of experience and salary :

4 Years, SME – 5LPA- 8LPA , must have Collections experience.

6+ Years - 8 Years, Sr Analyst (Team Lead)- 7LPA- 11LPA , Collections must have people management experience.

8- 12 Years, Ops Specialist (Assistant Manager)- 9LPA - 16 LPA , Collections with must have people management experience.

12- 15 Years, Associate Manager - 13- 24 LPA, Collections with must have people management experience.

Skills Required

1- 4+ years - 15 years of experience in end-to-end O2C collections-Voice Support.

3- O2C, O2C Collections, AR Collections, Dispute Management, Credit Collections, Inbound and Outbound calls.

4- Must have strong people management skills.
