Job Description

The Associate Software engineer- IT will be based in Chennai reporting to Manager.

What a typical day looks like :

• Assist in the deployment monitoring and maintenance of Devops pipelines and related services.
• Support CI / CD pipeline operations using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Perform basic Linux / Unix system administration tasks including shell scripting log analysis and user management.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in staging and production environments.
• Document processes configurations and best practices for Devops -related workflows.
• Participate in incident response and resolution ensuring SLA compliance and timely closure.
