Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Event Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, managing event staff, creating event timelines, and ensuring all events run smoothly. The role also involves budgeting, negotiating with vendors, and supervising the setup and teardown of events.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Management skills, including experience with high-profile and large-scale events
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer service and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with on-site event logistics and problem-solving
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
