Position - Inside Sales Associate

Location - Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site)

Salary Offered - 4 Fixed + 2 Variable

Your role in detail

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide detailed information about Zolo's offerings.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100-120 of calls per day.
  • Highlight the benefits of ZoloStays and close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ready to achieve targets .
  • Effectively communicate all relevant details to prospective customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Guide customers through the pre-booking process.
  • Work towards and exceed monthly booking targets through proactive calling efforts.
