Role Description

This full-time on-site Account Manager role is based in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure timely deliveries, address client inquiries, and oversee sourcing of high-quality food products. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, maintaining customer satisfaction, and working closely with the sales team to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics Coordination
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Sales and Account Management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
