Project Manager – ERP Implementation & Process Excellence

Location :  Bangalore, India

Experience :  Around 5 years

Salary :  ₹4 – 5 LPA

Department :  Projects / Operations

Reports to :  Senior Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the  evaluation, selection, and implementation  of ERP systems for manufacturing operations.
  • Work closely with functional teams to  map existing processes  and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish  standard operating procedures (SOPs)  and process documentation across departments.
  • Drive  quality and process improvement initiatives  such as  Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen , etc.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify productivity bottlenecks and  implement system-based solutions  for efficiency enhancement.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth ERP rollout.
  • Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption of new systems and practices.
  • Develop and track  KPIs  to measure improvement in process performance and operational outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Around  5 years of experience  in  project management, process improvement, or ERP implementation  within a manufacturing or process industry.
  • Strong understanding of  manufacturing operations ,  supply chain , and  process optimization .
  • Familiarity with  ERP systems  (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of  Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management Systems .
  • Excellent  analytical, communication, and coordination  skills.
  • Strong  eye for detail , ability to  execute and get things implemented .
  • Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work across multiple departments.
