Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Paid Campaign Management :

  • Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid search and display campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant networks.

Analytics & Performance Tracking :

  • Set up and monitor tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools to measure user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • A / B Testing & Experimentation :

  • Design and execute A / B tests on ads, landing pages, and audience segments; analyze test outcomes and iterate strategies based on data insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with design, content, and product teams to align ad creatives and messaging with user journey and conversion goals.
  • Budget Management :

  • Allocate advertising budgets efficiently to achieve optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost-per-Lead (CPL) while maximizing overall ROI.
  • Performance Reporting :

  • Develop and maintain detailed performance reports and dashboards; communicate key insights, trends, and optimization recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Tool Utilization :

  • Use advanced tools like Microsoft Clarity, VWO, Ahrefs, and similar platforms to gain insights on user behavior, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and keyword strategy.
  • Continuous Learning & Development :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices; participate in training and certifications as part of ongoing skill development.
  • Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and display networks.
  • Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and campaign performance tracking methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with A / B testing platforms and CRO tools like VWO.
  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools such as Ahrefs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Google Ads and / or Analytics certification preferred.
