Specifically, the Global Lead for Microsoft Partner will :
- Own ALIANDO’s Partner Program orchestration and management in relation to its strategic Alliance with Microsoft, and inclusive tools associated therewith.
Serve as global lead for administration of Microsoft Partner Center, which includes :
Access management (in partnership with Technology), AOBO and other customer access relationships.Commercial marketplace solution management (listings, readiness, health, and conversion).Lead tracking & referral submissions in partnership with Sales leadership; lead flow routing, SLAs, and data quality; co‑sell opportunity hygiene and conversion monitoring.Claim submissions in partnership with Marketing; Incentives and Earnings tracking in partnership with Finance; revenue and earnings pacing vs. plan.Azure revenue tracking and revenue recognition stewardship (PAL and CPOR, plus others as needed) to translate influenced Azure consumption and BizApps licensing into recognized partner metrics.Issue resolution, access requests, and ad hoc queries from the global business; maintain an issue register with root cause analysis and remediation.Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on Partner Center benefits, co‑sell motions, incentives, marketplace GTM, and other Microsoft partner programs.Coordinate Microsoft Advanced Specialization processes with the ALIANDO PMO, including evidence collection, audits, renewals, and timeline management.Market-facing integration : Ensure ongoing communications with Marketing & Sales on lead performance, funnel progression, conversion rates, ACR influence, claims status, incentives attainment, and marketplace KPIs; provide regular business reviews and dashboards.Reporting & analytics enablement : Partner with reporting / analytics functions to design and maintain executive-ready dashboards (e.g., ACR influence / credit, co‑sell pipeline status, incentive attainment, claim cycle times, marketplace performance); ensure data integrity and single source of truth.Program knowledge ownership : Monitor and interpret program changes, publish internal updates and playbooks, brief leadership, and maintain internal guidance for teams.Enablement & upskilling : Lead ongoing enablement on certifications vs. designations (e.g., Solutions Partner requirements), competency gaps, renewal risks, and uplift plans; coordinating training calendars and exam support in partnership with People / PMO.Analysis & business insights : Analyze trends, top deals, pipeline velocity, co‑sell accept / convert rates, win rates, incentives leakage / disputes, and other metrics to identify actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.Process excellence : Drive continuous process improvement and automation across Partner Center operations (process mapping, documentation, internal audit preparation, audit support, and compliance).Collaborate with Microsoft Alliance teams and the Partner Development Manager on strategic projects and initiatives as and when required.Qualifications :
A proficient understanding of how Microsoft’s partner programs are executed and a track record of assessing, managing, and owning such programs at an organizational level.Experience working for a global system integrator (GSI) with exposure to complex partner programs, incentives, and investment programs from top-tier software companies—ideally Microsoft.Proven ability to contribute to teams to operationalize complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal management.Ability to leverage program knowledge to advise senior business leaders on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks.Strong English speaking, influencing, and communication skills; enthusiastic, curious, high-energy individual who uses a thought leadership approach.Working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies.Exposure to continuous process improvement and automation (process mapping, documentation, internal audit preparation, facing audits, etc.).Direct experience managing PAL / CPOR revenue recognition, incentives / earnings claims, and commercial marketplace listings.Experience aligning with Marketing and Sales on lead routing, attribution, and funnel reporting; ability to establish and manage lead SLAs and maintain data quality.Experience building or maintaining executive dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI) for CPOR / PAL / ACR, co‑sell pipeline, incentives, and claims.ALIANDO is an equal-opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
