Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cosmetic Clinic Manager located in Vadodara. The clinic manager will oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, and manage budgeting and financial aspects. The manager will coordinate with medical staff, ensure compliance with health regulations, and train new employees. Additionally, the manager will communicate effectively with both staff and patients to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience with Budgeting and financial management
• Background in Medicine and healthcare operations
• Proficiency in Training staff
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field

Remuneration :

Rs. 4 lac + per annum.
