DevOps Engineer - Salesforce Platform

Job Overview :

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce development lifecycle using Copado, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, Copado tools, and best practices for DevOps Responsibilities Administration :

• Ensure proper configuration and management of Salesforce environments (Production, Sandbox, Developer) related to deployment Implementation Management :
• Implement and manage Copado DevOps solutions for Salesforce, including release management, versio n control, and automated deployments.
• Create and maintain deployment pipelines and release plans using Copado.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copado and Salesforce Pipeline Development :
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines to automate and streamline the Salesforce development and release process.
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and Communication :
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and operations to ensure alignment and smooth Performance Optimization :
• Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of Salesforce applications and deployments.
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and Training :
• Create and maintain documentation for DevOps processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to team members on Copado and Salesforce DevOps :
• 5-8 years experience
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Salesforce Developer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps platform, including setup, configuration, and :
• Strong understanding of CI / CD principles and experience implementing CI / CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with version control systems, such as Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker) is a plus.
• Experience with Jira a :
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical :
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is preferred.
• Copado Certified DevOps Engineer is a plus.
