We are seeking an experienced Coupa Support Specialist to provide functional and technical support for the Coupa Procurement Platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, Coupa system administration, and integration monitoring with ERP systems such as NetSuite.

The role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, vendor coordination, and ensuring end-to-end operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Coupa users, resolving incidents and service requests.
• Administer and maintain Coupa configurations including approval workflows, user roles, and permissions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CoupaNetSuite integration jobs, ensuring successful data synchronization for POs, invoices, suppliers, and payments.
• Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to resolve integration or data flow issues between Coupa and NetSuite.
• Manage and support Coupa P2P operations requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, supplier enablement, and catalogs.
• Coordinate with Coupa Support for escalation and resolution of platform issues.
• Create and maintain support documentation, process flows, and configuration logs.
• Participate in system upgrades, new feature deployment, and regression testing.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process or configuration improvements.
