Business Analyst

Job descriptionPartner directly with the CEO to prepare business reviews, board presentations, and strategic plans. Provide analytical support for key initiatives, investments, and business transformation projects. Collaborate with finance, sales, and delivery teams to monitor financial performance against goals and KPIs. Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable interventions. Conduct business research, market assessments, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making. Work closely with business heads to gather requirements, model business scenarios, and enable process improvements. MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, etc.) or a top global business school. Strong academic foundation in Business, Finance, Economics, or Analytics preferred. 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role. Experience working with CXO-level stakeholders or within a CEO’s office will be a strong advantage. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes. High proficiency in Excel, Power BI / Tableau, and data visualization tools. Exceptional problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
