We at True Reckoner Advisory Services are hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager in US Finance & Accounting to join our office-based team!

📍 Location : Rohini Sector-3, New Delhi (On-site, Office-based)

🕐 Shift : US Shift (Night Shift)

⏳ Job Type : Full-time, In-office

🔹 What You’ll Do :

• Work on day-to-day accounting & financial tasks to support US clients.
• Use QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio, and other US accounting software for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Prepare B ank reconciliations, AR / AP reports, Inventory Management and monthly closings .
• Work with Excel to analyze data and generate financial reports.
• Handle client communications, vendor reconciliations, and compliance support .
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting as required.
• Review and Finalize Monthly Financial reports.

🔹 What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum Graduate-level qualification

✅ Knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles

✅ Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio

✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel

✅ Minimum 1+ experience in US Accounting

✅ Strong Delegation & Team Leading Quality
