As an International Voice Process Specialist , you'll be :

• Making outbound calls to prospective leads
• Verifying, screening, and qualifying leads
• Collecting relevant customer information
• Collaborating with sales for efficient lead handover
• Ensuring quality checks before passing leads to counselors
