JOB DESCRIPTION : Work with

bench consultants

and market their profiles to job requirements from various job boards and vendors.

Identify potential clients and vendors, and build long-term relationships.

Submit consultants to suitable positions and follow up for interview schedules.

Coordinate interviews and manage communication between consultants and clients / vendors.

Maintain and update a database of consultants, vendors, and job requirements.

Negotiate rates and terms with clients / vendors as needed.

Ensure timely placement of consultants on new projects.

Stay current with industry trends and technologies in the IT sector.
