Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will assist students in navigating their educational journey, including academic advising and career counseling. Responsibilities include telecalling and converting students,driving admissions,guiding students in course selections, supporting their academic development, providing career advice, and helping with educational goal setting. The Academic Counselor will interact regularly with students to address academic concerns and foster their personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and support educational and career goals.
• Telecalling, converting students and driving admissions.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students and convey advice in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Experience in Academic Advising to assist with course selection and educational planning.
• An in-depth understanding of Education trends to align counseling strategies with academic objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
