Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Associate based in Bengaluru. The Finance Associate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and performing financial analysis to support decision-making. The role also includes monitoring and analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate and timely reports to support business operations within the organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities :

Petty Cash, Travel & Expense (T&E)

• Review, validate, and process petty cash and employee travel and expense claims in accordance with company policy.
• Coordinate with employees and department heads for clarifications or discrepancies.

Vendor Compliance and Invoice Management :

Accounts Receivable (AR)
