We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain data models and algorithms for Smart Grid operations, including demand forecasting, load balancing, and energy optimization.

Work on Smart Grid Model Movement initiatives—ensuring smooth migration, validation, and deployment of grid models across simulation, testing, and production environments.

Analyze large-scale sensor, meter, and network data to identify trends, anomalies, and predictive insights.

Design and implement machine learning pipelines for predictive maintenance, fault detection, and grid stability analysis.

Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to integrate models with real-time data streams and decision-support systems.

Ensure model governance, reproducibility, and version control throughout the grid model lifecycle.

Present actionable insights and findings to stakeholders through visualizations, dashboards, and technical reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field .

Proven experience in Smart Grid analytics, model management, or power systems data science .

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL .

Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Familiarity with time-series analysis , forecasting models , and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Plotly).

Working knowledge of data platforms like Databricks, AWS, or Azure for data movement and model deployment.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Good to Have) :

Experience with energy management systems (EMS) or distribution management systems (DMS) .

Understanding of SCADA, IoT, or smart meter data .

Exposure to MLOps or model lifecycle management tools .

Knowledge of optimization algorithms for energy distribution and resource allocation.
