Role :
We are looking for a highly driven Training & Placement Manager to ensure B.Tech CSE students are fully prepared— technically, professionally, and operationally—for successful placements. This role will lead student readiness initiatives end-to-end : skill development, resume-building, interview preparation, soft skills enhancement, and coordinating all placement operations with recruiters.

Key Responsibilities :
Placement Operations & Coordination :
- Coordinate end-to-end placement processes, ensuring smooth communication between students, internal academic teams, and recruiters.
- Maintain placement trackers, dashboards, and reports with accurate, updated data.
- Ensure timely flow of information across all stakeholders during placement cycles.
Student Readiness Support :
Help students refine resumes, profiles, and other required placement documents.Guide students through application processes and company-specific requirements.Conduct basic readiness checks to ensure students meet criteria before company drivesStudent Engagement & Communication :
Share updates, placement notifications, guidelines, and deadlines in a timely and structured manner.Conduct group briefings and FAQ sessions on placement processes and expectations.Act as the first point of contact for student queries related to placement operations.Administrative & Data Management :
Maintain detailed student records, selection status, recruiter feedback, and placement outcomes.Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and leadership.Ensure all documentation and placement files are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).3-7 years of experience in placement operations, student coordination, academic operations, or related roles.Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and documentation workflows.High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage large student batches.Experience in EdTech, universities, or career services.Understanding of tech / engineering hiring processes (added advantage).
