Job Title : ServiceNow UI / UX Developer - Service Portal & Now Experience

Location : Offshore - Remote ( India )

Job Type : Contract - 12 months renewable to long term

Client Industry - Manufacturing - Semi Government Entity

Notice period Allowed : 30 days or less ( applications with notice period beyond 30 days are not considered)

Note : This role is not open for Freelancers / Independent Contractors

What You'll Do :

Design & Develop : Customize and build engaging, responsive user interfaces using ServiceNow Service Portal and the Now Experience Framework .
Visualize Data : Create insightful and dynamic dashboards and reports for EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) KPIs, turning data into actionable intelligence.
Champion the User : Apply and uphold our branding and accessibility standards to ensure a consistent and inclusive experience for all users.
Collaborate for Success : Work closely with Business Analysts and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to ensure high user adoption and seamless implementation.

What You'll Bring (The Essentials) :

3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow UI / UX development .

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React) .

Proven, real-world experience with Service Portal and the Now Experience Framework .

A portfolio or examples of your work that demonstrate your ability to create clean, effective, and user-centric interfaces.
