🏗️ Role : BMP Architect (Technical / Solution)

We’re looking for an experienced BMP Architect (Technical / Solution) to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise applications within the Allianz BPM (Business Process Management) ecosystem.

As a part of Claidroid’s elite engineering team, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic solution design to drive delivery excellence for large-scale insurance and financial applications.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee BMP / Modernized OPUS architecture aligned with Allianz global IT standards.
• Provide technical consultancy and guidance to Agile teams on architecture best practices and technology stack.
• Drive solution design, integration architecture, and ensure technical integrity of all components.
• Lead efforts in Microservices , Java Spring Boot , MongoDB , Kafka , Cloud (AWS / Azure) , and Container environments.
• Participate in PI planning, Sprint 0, and client demos.
• Mentor development teams, review deliverables, and assure adherence to coding and security standards.
• Produce and maintain architecture artefacts— decision logs, sequence diagrams, component interaction diagrams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and GenAI-assisted development.

🧠 Skills & Experience

3+ years in Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.
