WHO YOU ARE:

• Have full-time working experience of 1-2 years in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficient in accounting software and knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
• Possess an understanding of financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Preferred: Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising industry metrics and terminology.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Oversee and execute financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable processes, invoicing, payments, salaries and collections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and tools.
• Monitor and reconcile expenses, ensuring proper allocation and tracking of costs across projects and departments.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual reports.
• Support the development and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis, identify trends and variances, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and central tax regulations. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and assistance to auditors.
• Oversee payroll processing, including accurate calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain organized and accessible financial documentation, contracts, and records.
