We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers / entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to our HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and assist in data entry for HR databases and systems.
- Help organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in the execution of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in conducting surveys.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.Ability to work in a team environment and independently.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a bonus.Education
