Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in .NET Core 9 and SQL Server , and a frontend focus on Blazor WebAssembly with Telerik components . You’ll lead both feature and AI integration workstreams in our ERP / CRM modernization.

If you’re coming from an Angular or React background and have used Telerik Kendo UI , we welcome you—as long as you’re ready to transition to Blazor quickly.

Must have built at least one AI-integrated feature or product (POC to deployment) —such as document extraction, GPT integration, or semantic search—especially using Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, or similar.

Responsibilities :

Build interactive UI modules in Blazor WASM + Telerik (or Angular / React + Kendo UI, with rapid Blazor ramp-up)

Develop secure, scalable REST APIs in .NET Core 9 , integrate SQL and document stores

Integrate Azure AI services (e.g., Form Recognizer, OpenAI, Cognitive Search ) with ERP / CRM workflows

Implement document upload, embedding pipelines, and semantic Q&A flows

Drive one or more AI-powered use cases end-to-end : from design to production

Collaborate with DevOps to deploy & monitor microservices in Azure

Suggest architecture patterns for modular AI integration into existing systems

Must-Have Skills :

5+ years with .NET Core , SQL Server , and enterprise backend patterns

Strong in Blazor WASM (or Angular / React + Telerik + clear willingness to cross-train in Blazor)

Solid T-SQL skills and experience with ERP / CRM domain logic

Ownership of one complete AI-integrated project : RAG search, document automation, summarization, etc.

API-first mindset, secure coding, async programming

Git, Azure DevOps, unit testing, performance tuning

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Direct work with Telerik Blazor Components or UI for Angular / React

Practical knowledge of :

Azure Form Recognizer

Azure OpenAI / GPT

Cognitive Search / Vector Stores

MLOps : retraining, model monitoring, telemetry

Familiarity with Blazor interop performance tuning, lazy loading

Ideal Candidate :

You’re a pragmatic full stack developer who can think like a product owner, translate use cases into fast features, and hold their own in integrating AI without a full ML team backing you. You understand ERP / CRM entities and can architect clean user flows while improving performance and modernizing legacy.
