What you’ll enjoy doing

Lead wedding photo post-production : Culling, colour grading & consistency & skin / cleanup & composites for social media, exports & master delivery.
Set the visual tone for all wedding projects by maintaining the TCA look and emotional consistency across stories.
Guide & review work done by the junior editors and album team - setting standards, ensuring accuracy, and building efficient workflows.
Collaborate with photographers, cinematographers, and the ideation team to deliver cohesive narratives across photo and film.
Implement smart, AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and efficiency without losing the craft.
Mentor & upskill newer editors through structured feedback, knowledge sharing, and review sessions.

You’ll thrive here if you

Have 2–3 years of hands-on photo editing experience (weddings / events / portraits preferred).

Are fluent in Lightroom and Photoshop , with strong technical and aesthetic judgement.

Bring a polished portfolio showing clean colour work, natural tones, and a feel for storytelling.

Communicate clearly and confidently with creative & production teams; Telugu & Engligh is a plus.

Value deadlines, clarity, and craft in equal measure.

Growth at TCA

Clear track to Senior → Post-Production Lead , heading both photo & film deliveries.

Option to grow towards Photography Leadership or Cinematography / Video Editing if you enjoy hybrid creative roles.

Leadership training and mentorship opportunities as you build and guide your own sub-team.
