DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Audits and Insights team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing program and change management initiatives, evaluating audit requests, developing sampling strategies, and maintaining the overall health of our audit programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key job responsibilities
1.Program and Change Management :
- Lead program and change management initiatives for the Audits and Insights team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve audit processes and methodologies
- Manage the transition of new audit procedures and tools across the organization
2.Spearhead AI and Automation Strategy for Audits :
Design and implement workflow automation solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectivenessDevelop a comprehensive AI & Automation roadmap for audit processesIdentify key areas for AI & Automation integration (risk assessment, anomaly detection, etc.)Align AI & Automation initiatives with overall audit objectives and compliance requirementsPartner with policy program owners to prioritize AI projects3.Audit Intake and Risk Analysis :
Evaluate incoming audit requests based on comprehensive risk impact analysisPrioritize audit engagements according to organizational risk exposure and potential impactCollaborate with key stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each audit4. Sampling Strategy Development :
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various sampling methodologies and their applications in auditingApply advanced statistical knowledge to design and implement robust sampling methodologies for various audit types based on risk impact analysis.Ensure that sampling strategies align with audit objectives and provide statistically valid results5.Audit Program Health Management :
Monitor and track the overall health and performance of audit programsDevelop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring audit program effectivenessIdentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed6.Stakeholder Engagement :
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback on audit processes and resultsFacilitate communication between the audit team and various business unitsPresent audit findings and recommendations to senior managementAbout the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degreeBachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in audit or risk management rolesStrong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and audit processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage complex projects and drive change in large organizationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in data analysis and statistical sampling techniquesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
