Description : About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams. This role goes beyond delivery management youll define the engineering vision, drive architecture decisions, and empower teams to build AI-driven, cloud-native applications at scale.
Youll also engage directly with enterprise clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams developing both technical and leadership talent.
- Partner with enterprise clients to manage technical discussions, translate business needs, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Define and implement engineering strategy, best practices, and coding standards across teams.
- Drive architecture decisions for scalable, secure, and future-ready systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to align technical delivery with business goals.
- Oversee system scalability, performance, and reliability for AI / ML-powered applications.
- Manage hiring, resource planning, performance reviews, and career development for engineers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Track engineering KPIs (velocity, quality, uptime, impact) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgets, capacity planning, and long-term technology scaling.
Qualifications & Experience :
Must-Haves :
Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.10- 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in an engineering management role.Strong foundation in full-stack development, backend systems, and cloud-native architectures.Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for building and deploying scalable solutions.Proven track record of leading agile engineering teams and driving predictable delivery.Expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and system design.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to hire, scale, and mentor high-performing engineering teams.Nice-to-Haves :
Familiarity with AI / ML, model deployment, and AI-driven applications.Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.Working knowledge of DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.Why Join :
