Key Responsibilities :

• Daily Expense Management
• Track and manage all day-to-day office expenses including petty cash.
• Record, verify, and reconcile expense reports and staff reimbursements.
• Monthly Software & Subscription Tracking
• Monitor and ensure timely payments for recurring software subscriptions and digital tools.
• Maintain a tracker for all software licenses and renewal dates.
• Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Track incoming payments from clients and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors, freelancers, and service providers.
• Prepare and update aging reports.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, receipts, invoices, and payment proofs.
• Organize financial records for audits and internal reviews.
• Bank & Vendor Coordination
• Handle basic banking transactions and statements.
• Liaise with vendors for payment clarifications or discrepancies.
