Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise multiple branches or teams within the cluster
- Ensure each branch meets its business, sales, and service goals
- Provide guidance and support to Branch Managers and staff
- Monitor operational efficiency, compliance, and customer service across branches
- Analyze performance data and take action to improve results
- Implement company policies, promotions, and strategies within the cluster
- Identify opportunities for growth and drive local marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and team meetings
