We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and

implementation of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions across our revenue

operations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Sales Operations and Finance — to

streamline the Lead-to-Cash process, ensure data integrity, and drive operational

excellence.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration, thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about solving complex business challenges.

Location - This is a remote opportunity. But the base location of the role holder has to be Mumbai

Key Job Responsibilities -

• Architect and Design : Own the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions

aligned with business objectives, with a focus on scalability, performance, and

maintainability across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

high-quality Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization (APEX,

Lightning, Visualforce), and third-party integrations.

integrate Salesforce seamlessly with other platforms to ensure consistent data

flow and accurate reporting.

Salesforce usage, security, data management, and compliance with industry

regulations.

Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud , etc. — to configure and tailor the

platform to evolving business needs. Apply Salesforce best practices to enhance

system performance and scalability.

Preferred Qualification -

ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar platforms)
