Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver Polish language training programs for beginners to advanced learners.
- Assess learners' current proficiency and tailor lessons accordingly.
- Develop instructional materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct individual and group classes (in-person or online).
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for proficiency tests if required (e.g., CEFR exams).
- Promote a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Qualifications :
Education & Certification :
Bachelor's degree in Polish Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (preferred).Certification in teaching Polish as a foreign / second language (e.g., Glottodidactics) is an advantage.Experience :
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in teaching Polish to non-native speakers.Experience teaching adults in corporate or academic settings is a plus.Skills :
Excellent command of Polish and strong English communication skills.Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.Ability to adapt teaching methods based on learner needs.Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Desirable :
Multilingual abilities.Experience with intercultural training.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
