Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead technical initiatives and build end-to-end scalable solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React, Node.js, and modern web technologies , along with practical experience integrating AI / ML tools to elevate product functionality. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural skills, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering innovative, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of full stack applications.

Build scalable and responsive front-end applications using React and related frameworks.

Develop secure, efficient, and high-performance back-end services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.

Integrate and utilize AI / ML tools and frameworks (OpenAI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) to enhance user experiences and automate workflows.

Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Provide technical leadership , mentoring junior developers and guiding ongoing projects.

Define and enforce best practices for coding standards, code reviews, CI / CD, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Architect, develop, and optimize systems from scratch , ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript / TypeScript , and modern front-end ecosystems.

Expertise in Node.js and experience with back-end frameworks or Python-based services.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with AI / ML tools , APIs, or frameworks (OpenAI API, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , microservices, system architecture, and database design (SQL / NoSQL).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DevOps tools : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, etc.

Knowledge of MLOps or data engineering pipelines.

Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
