Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Design Architect located in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for creating and overseeing architectural designs, developing and implementing architectural plans, coordinating and integrating various components within projects, and managing projects from conception to completion. The Architect will be responsible to ensure all designs and drawings are compliant with the rules and regulations. He will have to coordi ate and track Design delivery and approval management of the same.

The Architect will present layouts, conceptual plans, sections, elevations to Clients and collaborate with various teams to ensure that designs are functional, feasible, and meet the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture
• Experience with Software Development and Integration
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with modern architectural software and tools
• Expertise in flat planning
• expertise in planning residential buildings and complexes.
• Understanding FSI / FAR and ensuring fitment of plans as per laws, plot constraints, sales requirements and any restrictions
