Role Overview We are seeking a strong Head of Operations to oversee and manage the operational functioning of all Age Well verticals — including nutraceuticals, digital wellness platforms, and the Age Well Living Centre. The individual will ensure process efficiency, cross-team coordination, service quality, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations across product, digital, wellness, and centre management teams.

Implement SOPs for customer experience, inventory, vendor relations, and service execution.

Work with department heads to ensure resource planning and workflow efficiency.

Monitor operational KPIs, quality standards, and service satisfaction levels.

Support expansion planning and new vertical rollouts.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management , preferably in wellness, hospitality, FMCG, or healthcare sectors.

Strong team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multi-function teams and scale systems.
