FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

We are seeking a dynamic Functional Consultant with strong expertise in business process analysis and comprehensive testing knowledge. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring high-quality solution delivery through end-to-end functional design, configuration, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and implement system solutions.
• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Sanity Testing
• Prepare test strategies, test plans, test cases, and manage defect tracking and resolution.
• Validate system functionality to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Support UAT execution and coordinate with users for issue resolution and feedback.
• Provide post-implementation support, training, and system documentation.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of business processes across domains such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or CRM.
• Proficiency in end-to-end testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, & Qtest)
• Ability to write detailed functional documents, test cases, and perform defect analysis.
• Good understanding of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate across teams.
