Key Responsibilities

1. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, IND AS and

relevant regulations.

2. Exposure in handling the day-to-day GST & TDS compliance related matters.

3. Experience in the preparation of GST related workings for the purpose of filing of

GST returns etc.

4. Exposure in managing the GST Annual audit and preparation of all the relevant GST

reconciliations.

5. Oversee the day-to- day accounting operations, including accounts payable, General Ledger,

Accounts receivable, payroll etc.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

7. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including Balance

Sheet, Income statements, cash flow statements etc.

8. Strong hold in preparation of monthly MIS reports.

9. Develop financial plans and budgets, monitor performance against budget, and analyse

variances.

10. Work & coordinate with the external auditors to share the required audit data in order to

get the audit done.

11. Extensive knowledge and understanding regarding the accounting for Inventory and Fixed

Assets.

12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in

financial operations.

13. Exposure in working on Oracle will be preferred.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. CA will be preferred for this role.

2. 5-10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
