About the Role

We are hiring a React Native Team Lead who will own and drive mobile engineering delivery across multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead a team of React Native developers

✅ Communicate directly with clients to understand business requirements, clarify scope & provide technical consultation

✅ Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and manage project timelines.

✅ Architect scalable and high-performance mobile applications with clean and maintainable code

✅ Review technical solutions and architecture designs before implementation

✅ Conduct regular code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

✅ Mentor mobile engineers through pair programming, knowledge sharing, and technical upskilling

✅ Integrate third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, and APIs

✅ Manage app releases for App Store and Google Play Store

✅ Improve team productivity by introducing mobile development best practices and process improvements

✅ Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and technical excellence within the team

What Should You Have?

✅ 3–8 years of mobile app development experience (Minimum 3 years React Native)

✅ Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript

✅ Experience with Redux Toolkit, Redux, Context API, Zustand or MobX

✅ Native Modules knowledge is a plus

✅ Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, OneSignal, Payment Gateways

✅ Ability to lead and mentor developers and manage delivery timelines

✅ ReactJS is plus

Experience Qualification

Bachelor Degree

Leadership experience in managing a team of 3–6 engineers preferred
