Servicenow Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow WS (Workplace Service) & ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Developer to join our digital transformation team at LTIMindtree. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules, specifically Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and ESG applications. The role involves solution design, configuration, custom development, integrations, and supporting enterprise clients in adopting sustainable and workplace-focused digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development & Configuration

Design, develop, and implement solutions in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and ESG modules.

Configure ServiceNow components including :

Catalog items

Record producers

Workflows & Flow Designer

Business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions

Customize ESG Management, Carbon Accounting, GHG data, Reporting, and Sustainability workflows.

Integration & Automation

Build integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, etc.

Automate ESG data collection, workplace service operations, and compliance workflows.

Solution Design & Implementation

Work with architects and business stakeholders to understand ESG reporting needs, workplace service processes, and sustainability requirements.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Develop dashboards, KPIs, and ESG reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

Quality & Governance

Maintain coding standards and follow LTIMindtree SDLC and best practices.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions.

Provide technical documentation and user training as required.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

Hands-on expertise in :

WSD (Workplace Service Delivery)

ServiceNow ESG & Sustainability modules

ITSM, ITOM, CSDM (added advantage)

Strong knowledge of :

JavaScript (server / client side)

Glide API

Flow Designer & Workflow Editor

Service Portal and UI Builder

Experience working with APIs, JSON, XML, and IntegrationHub.

Domain Skills

Understanding of ESG standards, sustainability frameworks, carbon accounting, and environmental data models.

Knowledge of workplace management processes :

Space management

Workplace reservations

Facilities service requests

Asset & workplace operations

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Micro-certifications in :

Workplace Service Delivery

ESG / Sustainability Management

ITIL Foundation certification

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Soft Skills

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and meet delivery timelines
