Role Architect Salesforce Media Cloud Sales Cloud and Omni Studio

Job Summary

Senior IT professional with 12 15 years of relevant IT experience and 8 years experience on the Media Cloud Sales Service clouds platform Strong technical architectural background direct prior experience in Architectural role on Sales Service Clouds transformation programs And also having Media Cloud Experience

Experience Knowledge

Strong Media Cloud Sales Service cloud platform knowledge both functional and technical including ability to bring best practices and experience from prior engagements implementations

Aware of Salesforce Media Cloud OmniStudio Sales Service cloud platform limitations able to challenge the vendor on platform limitations and proposed solution outlines

Strong technical and architectural background knowledgeable in topics like Order Management Advertising Sales ManagementASM Google Ad Server in a complex digital landscape enterprise architecture experience in Media Cloud

At least one implementation on Media Cloud POC data collaboration etc

Great communication skills both verbal as well as writing

Preferably certified as Salesforce Sales Service cloud Consultant andor Sales Service cloud Developer and Media Cloud Omni Studio

Supports Business Analyst Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing tracking and forecasting of solution development

Familiarity with IT digital landscape and experience and understanding of IT platforms is preferred

Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies in an onsite offshore delivery model

Must Have

Excellent knowledge of SALES SERVICE CLOUDS and Media Cloud

Team spirit strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Good timemanagement and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills

Definition and enforcement of design and development guidelines policies and procedures

Experience with Configuration Management Processes and systems

Experience with requirements gathering effort estimation impact analysis and supporting projectdelivery management with creating delivery plans

Experience with Application and Infrastructure Support in an outsourced model

Knowledge of IT Software Validation methodology in regulated medical device pharmaceutical and healthcare industry would be an added advantage
