Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Property Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with residential and commercial real estate needs, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating sales deals, and addressing client requirements. The role also involves liaising with real estate developers, maintaining up-to-date market insights, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and address their inquiries.
• Experience and knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to understand and meet client requirements.
• Proven Sales skills to negotiate and close deals while building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to stay informed about local real estate market trends and regulations.
• A proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
