Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Administrator. The Loan Administrator will manage loan servicing processes, review and process loan documents, and ensure compliance with company standards and financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining loan files, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, answering inquiries related to loans, and providing exceptional customer service to address financial concerns and inquiries. The candidate will also be expected to handle loan processing and support the finance team in various responsibilities.
Qualifications
Data Entry into CRM System.
Preparing Apply online for home loan applications.
Writing Credit Notes for Bank Submission.
Verifying Documents as per bank policy.
Marinating Internal Compliance.
Diary and email management & general assistant duties where needed
Lodging loan applications & following up lenders where required.
Organising valuations and pricing approvals with lenders.
Completing Servicing for customers by finding a suitable product or policy with lenders.
Applicants must have some knowledge of the Australian Mortgage Industry.
