TCS is looking for D365 AI Engineer

Experience : 8-10 years

Location : Chennai

Required Technical Skill Set : Generative AI, LLMs,Azure OpenAI, MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, LangChain, RAG, Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services)

Must have skill sets :

5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services).
Strong expertise in Power Platform : Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal.
Experience with Azure integrations : Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs.
Proficiency in .NET , JavaScript , and custom plugin / workflow development .
Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and their application in business processes
Experience with Generative AI , LLMs , or Azure OpenAI .
Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker.
Familiarity with LangChain , RAG , or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of data architecture and cloud computing platforms .

Good to have skills :

Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.

Maintain and optimize AI systems for performance and scalability.

Roles and responsibilities :

Develop and customize solutions in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services, Case Management).

Build and integrate AI models into D365 using Azure AI services , Power Apps , and Power Automate .
