Job Description :

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with 6-10 years of experience, who can manage both backend and frontend development activities.

The role requires strong understanding for frontend React JS, Next JS and for backend Node JS and Xpress JS.

The candidate will work on projects within the NBFC domain and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services.
  • Build and integrate REST APIs to connect backend systems with mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders from the NBFC sector to gather and translate requirements.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met for both backend and frontend modules.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring of applications.

Required Technical Skills :

  • Backend Development : Strong experience in Python and Node.js / JavaScript.
  • Frontend Development : Strong hands-on Node JS and Xpress JS
  • API Development : Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Database Knowledge : Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and MySQL / Mongo DB / Redis
  • Version Control : Experience with Git and related tools.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.

    • Good to Have :

  • Prior experience working in the NBFC or BFSI domain.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Expertise in PHP
  • Experience in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
