Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis data content development for Mercedes-Benz Aftersales Diagnostic tester
• Support & resolve Mercedes-Benz Workshops with issues arising during diagnostic tasks / routines
• Validation of diagnosis content of the various electronic systems
• Working in a global team to deliver diagnostic content in time with defined quality
• Effective communication and co-ordination with Various Stake Holders.
