Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with expert Rust skills to architect, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems for innovative web3 and product-focused projects.

Candidates must have hands-on, daily coding experience in Rust, robust knowledge of modern backend frameworks, and a keen interest in pioneering technology domains Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy backend applications using Rust (including WebAssembly targets)
  • Apply TDD principles for unit and integration testing, especially for exposed APIs
  • Work within a Git-based workflow (CI / CD, canary, staging, production via Github Actions)
  • Optimize and maintain Rust codebases, enhancing performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with product, blockchain, and gaming teams to deliver feature-rich solutions
  • Participate in open source, technical contributions, and share expertise in team tech sessions

Mandatory Criteria :

  • 3+ years as a software engineer with regular Rust development and production deployments
  • Rust stack expertise : tokio, webassembly, leptos, actix
  • Experience shipping robust applications in Rust; open source credentials a plus
  • Engineering degree (B.Tech, Computer Science) from a Tier-1 college (refer college list link)
  • Prior work in product startups, blockchain / web3, or online gaming companies strongly preferred
  • Mumbai / India / Global candidates welcome; outstation applicants allowed
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Dubai post remote period
  • Application must include latest CV and GitHub profile link, plus a detailed intro (50+ words) highlighting achievements or outstanding contributions

    • Preferred Background :

  • Prior experience with top social, gaming, or block chain platforms (see preferred companies list)
  • Demonstrated achievement in open source, tech talks, articles, patents, or unique initiatives
