Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Create data-driven systems that assess not only technical skills but also cultural fit
- Develop efficient pipelines for attracting engineers who possess a strong problem-solving mindset and write maintainable code
About you :
