Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.

  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas of inefficiency, defects, or deviations from quality standards.

  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure product and process compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify product quality.

    • ", "

  • Perform audits to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.

  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies.

    • ", "

  • Collaborate with production teams to implement process enhancements and improve efficiency.

    • ", "

  • Gather, analyze, and report quality data to identify trends and support decision-making.

    • ", "

  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

    • ", "

  • Assess and qualify suppliers based on their ability to meet quality standards.

    • ", "

  • Monitor supplier performance and work closely with the procurement team.

    • ", "

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.

    • ", "

  • Ensure all quality control activities are well documented.

    • ", "

  • Maintain and update quality documentation.

    • ", "

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.
