Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager / Manager – Inside Sales to join our team and contribute to driving growth for Esri India. The team member will source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads combined with outreach capabilities, primarily through outbound calls and emails.
Roles & Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, by outbound calls and emails
Be a single point of contact for creating and maintaining customer database
Explain product features and benefits to customers
Engage with Presales / Solutions team to provide customized presentations based on customer needs
Route qualified opportunities to the respective account managers for further development and closure of assigned leads
Generate revenue by engaging with customers over the phone or through digital communication channels
Closing sales and achieving quotas
Maintain pipe and track progress on leads assigned to sales team for the timely order booking and billing
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and success
Required Skillset
Inside sales, tele-calling, and lead generation expertise
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyse market trends and translate them into customer solutions
Knowledge of solution / insight selling methodologies
Proven track record in opportunity follow-up and closure
Experience in order processing, Cross team collaborations, managing stakeholders expectations along with executive connect
Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably SFDC and MS Office
Target-driven with accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Expertise in customer profiling tool like Linkedin, Apollo.AI, Lusha etc.
Non-negotiable Skills
Proven experience (minimum 8+ years) in IT Inside Sales with a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
Understanding of enterprise applications / software, and Enterprise Systems
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage with customers
Advanced analytical and research capabilities, including business case modelling, market analysis, and sales strategy development
Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools and sales automation platforms to track, analyze, and report on sales performance
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to convert market insights into actionable sales plans and revenue opportunities
