The Commercial Proposer (Technical Software) in the Software Department is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and technically compliant proposals for software products and solutions. • Analyze department requirements for software solutions and services.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals using proposal management tools and software platforms.
• Collaborate with software development, QA, product, and finance teams to gather accurate technical and pricing inputs.
• Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements, internal standards, and contractual terms.
• Maintain proposal templates, databases, and records within the proposal software system.
• Support sales teams during bid clarifications, client presentations, and negotiations.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics from proposal software for management review.
• Recommend process improvements to streamline proposal preparation and enhance quality.
