Job descriptionAssist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Generate new leads and manage existing client accounts to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) for smooth execution of client requirements. Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations to close deals. Motivate and guide junior sales team members in achieving individual and team targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5-7 years of proven sales experience (hospitality / retail / related industry experience is a plus). Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM / sales management tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment. Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
